42-year-old Arturo A. Aguilar (Clarendon, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that took place on Monday, December 3.

Mr. Aguilar and a passenger, 27-year-old Eleutrio Carreno-Eustaquino (Ward, AR), were traveling north on Highway 49 in a 2014 Dodge Ram. 34-year-old Jessica L. Fulbright (Cabot, AR) was traveling south on Highway 49 when her 2018 Jeep Wrangler struck a hog that was crossing the highway just north of Highway 39. Ms. Fulbright’s vehicle then careened into northbound traffic and struck Mr. Aguilar’s vehicle head-on.

Conditions at the time of the accident were reportedly clear and dry.
