Dallas, TX Driver Fatally Injured in Arkansas Wreck on I-30

34-year-old Darrell Derrick (Dallas, TX) was fatally injured in an accident on Friday, April 9, 2021.

At approximately 1:25 a.m. Mr. Derrick was driving east on I-30 near Malvern when his vehicle (2010 Mercury) struck a guardrail before leaving the roadway and striking a tree.

40-year-old Matricia Michelle Howard (Dallas, TX) was a passenger in the vehicle and was transported with injuries to Saline Memorial Hospital in Benton.

Conditions were reportedly clear and dry.
