Lonoke Collision at Front St. & Center St. Proves Fatal

45-year-old Danny Williams (Lonoke, AR) was fatally injured in an accident on Sunday, June 9, 2024.

At approximately 8:00 a.m. Mr. Williams was traveling west on Front Street in Lonoke when his vehicle (2018 Chevy Silverado) “proceeded through a red light” according to the preliminary report and was struck by a northbound vehicle (2012 Honda Accord) traveling on Center Street.

Mr. Williams sustained fatal injuries in the collision.

66-year-old Rita Kimble (Lonoke, AR) was driving the Honda vehicle and sustained injuries. Additionally, two unidentified minors were passengers in the Honda vehicle and were injured in the accident. Those injured were transported to Springhill Baptist in North Little Rock and Children’s Hospital in Little Rock.
