Cyclist Loses Life in Hit-n-Run in North Little Rock

84-year-old William H. Cullum (North Little Rock, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that took place on Friday, March 13, 2020.

At approximately 8:48 a.m. Mr. Cullum was stopped on his bicycle on the west shoulder of Highway 161 (Jacksonville Highway) and began crossing at 2nd Street. Mr. Cullum was struck by a southbound vehicle (2000 to 2003 Buick LeSabre) that left the scene. According to the police report, the driver is unknown at this time.

Conditions were reportedly cloudy and dry.
