87-year-old Stanley Goss (Vilonia, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that took place on Friday, July 10, 2020.
At approximately 9:09 a.m. Mr. Goss was traveling west on Arkavalley Road attempting to turn left onto Highway 65. Mr. Goss’ vehicle (2014 Nissan Maxima) turned in front of a southbound vehicle (1996 GMC 3500) causing the front of the southbound vehicle to collide with Mr. Goss’ vehicle. The southbound GMC vehicle then entered into the northbound lanes of traffic striking a camper being pulled by a northbound vehicle (2013 Ford F-150). The driver of the northbound vehicle was not injured in the accident.
20-year-old Cole Strough (Greenbrier, AR) and 19-year-old Destiny Strough (Greenbrier, AR) were injured in the accident. Those injured in the accident were transported to Conway Regional Medical Center.
Conditions were reportedly clear and dry.
