53-year-old Viktor L. Vasilevskiy (Puyallup, WA) was fatally injured in a wreck that occurred on Tuesday, March 19, 2019.
At approximately 8:15 p.m. Mr. Vasilevskiy was traveling east on Nestle Road near Highway 463 when he attempted to cross the train tracks in a 2019 Volvo. Mr. Vasilevskiy’s vehicle was struck on the driver side by a BNSF railway train.
Weather conditions at the time of the incident were “fair/dark” and road conditions good.
