AR Head-On Collision Claims the Life of Shyann Lee
59-year-old Thomas W. Padgett (Conway, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that took place on Monday, September 21, 2020.
At approximately 2:10 p.m. Mr. Padgett was traveling north on State Highway 89 (Arkansas River Trail) when his motorcycle (2014 Kawasaki VN900) lost control and left the roadway near Lollie Road.
Conditions were reportedly clear and dry.
