4-Vehicle Collision on Asher in LR Proves Fatal
64-year-old Thomas Howie (West Helena, AR) was fatally injured in an accident on Thursday, March 31, 2022.
At approximately 7:40 a.m. Mr. Howie was traveling west on Interstate 40 when his vehicle (2010 Ford F150) left the roadway near mile marker 166 before colliding with two trees.
