Sydney Owens Fatally Struck in Fort Smith
58-year-old Teresa E. Caststeel (Yellville, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that occurred on Wednesday, October 7, 2020.
At approximately 6:14 a.m. Ms. Caststeel was traveling west on U.S. Highway 62/412 just east of Flippin when her vehicle (1999 Toyota Rav 4) crossed the centerline and collided with an eastbound vehicle (2006 Dodge Ram). The collision caused both vehicles to overturn.
32-year-old Matthew S. Berg (Flippin, AR) sustained injuries during the accident.
Conditions were reportedly clear and dry.
