3 Fatally Injured on I-430 Collision at the River Bridge

34-year-old Takoiya C. Flowers (North Little Rock, AR), 52-year-old Gary T. Plaster (Little Rock, AR), and 53-year-old Kenneth R. Scott (Little Rock, AR) were each fatally injured in an accident on Saturday, August 13, 2022.

At approximately 2:46 a.m. Mr. Gary Plaster and Ms. Takoiya Flowers exited their vehicle to assist Mr. Kenneth Scott whose vehicle was disabled. Mr. Scott was involved in a previous incident and his vehicle (2020 Mitsubishi) was disabled on the I-430 South River Bridge in North Little Rock.

A southbound 18-wheeler (2020 Freightliner) collided with Mr. Scott’s vehicle and collided with Mr. Plaster and Ms. Flowers.
