Golf Cart Struck by Vehicle on Highway 110 in Cleburne County

91-year-old Roscoe Crafton (Heber Springs, AR) was fatally injured in an accident on Monday, May 17, 2021.

Shortly before 5:30 p.m. Mr. Crafton was in the southside ditch of State Highway 110 when he attempted to make a U-turn on Highway 110. Mr. Crafton’s golf cart (TXT Golf Cart) crossed into the eastbound lane of traffic and into the path of an eastbound vehicle (2011 Chevrolet Camaro). The Chevrolet vehicle struck the golf cart.

Mr. Crafton was transported to Baptist Regional in Heber Springs where he succumbed to his injuries.

Weather conditions were cloudy and road conditions wet at the time of the accident.
