73-year-old Billy Dan Orman (Williford, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that took place on Monday, August 5, 2019.
At approximately 2:41 p.m. Mr. Orman was driving west on Peace Valley Road in Ash Flat when his vehicle (2013 Dodge Caravan) left the roadway and struck a culvert.
66-year-old Dolores Olaso Brower (Horseshoe Bend, AR) was a passenger in the vehicle at the time of the accident.
Conditions were reportedly clear and dry.
