Sydney Owens Fatally Struck in Fort Smith
55-year-old Ronda Lee Rucker (Mammoth Spring, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that took place on Thursday, March 25, 2021.
At approximately 9:50 a.m. Ms. Rucker was traveling south on State Highway 9 in Camp when her vehicle (2003 Dodge) crossed the centerline on wet roads. Ms. Rucker’s vehicle collided with a northbound 18-wheeler (2016 Peterbilt).
Road conditions were wet and weather conditions cloudy at the time of the accident.
