Sydney Owens Fatally Struck in Fort Smith
28-year-old Chelsea B. Travis (Clarksville, AR) was fatally injured in an accident on Wednesday, June 26, 2024.
At approximately 6:30 p.m. Ms. Travis’ vehicle (2016 Kia Forte) collided with a southbound vehicle (2005 Nissan Pathfinder) in the southbound lane of traffic. Ms. Travis was traveling north on State Highway 59 near Gravette, AR. Ms. Travis sustained fatal injuries in the collision.
39-year-old Eugenia Pelep (Noel, AR), 42-year-old Joyleen Immy (Noel, AR), and 43-year-old Ester Immy (Lowell, AR) sustained injuries in the collision. Those injured were transported to Mercy Hospital in Springfield, Missouri and Northwest Medical Center in Bentonville, AR.
