AR Head-On Collision Claims the Life of Shyann Lee
32-year-old Rebecca Ann Everett (Hackett, AR) and an unidentified minor were both fatally injured in an accident that took place on Wednesday, September 16, 2020.
At approximately 8:00 a.m. Ms. Everett was traveling north on Gap Road in Hackett approaching the crest of a hill in the 9400 block of Gap Road. 60-year-old Anthony Boyd Jones (Hackett, AR) was approaching the same crest of a hill on Gap Road. According to the preliminary report “the two vehicles collided in the roadway.”
Ms. Everett and the minor passenger were traveling north in a 2010 Nissan Altima. Mr. Jones was traveling south in a 2005 Chevrolet pick-up truck.
Those involved were transported with injuries to Mercy Hospital in Fort Smith.
Conditions were reportedly clear and dry.
