Teenager Fatally Injured in Rollover Howard County Wreck

19-year-old Rachel Rada Mae Norman (Wickes, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that occurred in the early morning hours of Sunday, February 3, 2019.

At approximately 4:43 a.m. Ms. Norman was the passenger in a 2019 Chevrolet Traverse headed west on State Highway 84 just north of Umpire. Ms. Norman’s vehicle ran off the right side of the highway before overcorrecting and crossing both lanes and overturning several times. The driver, 21-year-old Chance Austen Manasco (Cove, AR), and three unidentified minors were injured in the accident.

Conditions at the time were reportedly cloudy and dry.
