34-year-old Andrew Lopez (Rogers, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that took place on Friday, July 26, 2019.
At approximately 12:38 a.m. Mr. Lopez was a pedestrian and stepped into eastbound lanes of Fulbright Expressway according to the police report. Mr. Lopez was struck by an eastbound 2015 Cadillac Escalade.
