55-year-old Elenora Davis (Springdale, AR) and 49-year-old Evelyn Shamory (Springdale, AR) were both fatally injured in an accident on Sunday, October 10, 2021.

Shortly before 1:30 a.m. Ms. Davis and Ms. Shamory, as well as 57-year-old Joanna Kelek (Rogers, AR), were traveling north on Highway 264 in Lowell. A vehicle (2004 Chevrolet) traveling south crossed the centerline and collided with Ms. Davis’ vehicle (2014 Ford) head-on in the northbound lane of traffic.

57-year-old Joanna Kelek (Rogers, AR) sustained injuries in the collision. 29-year-old Luis Ruiz (Springdale, AR) also sustained injuries in the accident. Those injured were transported to Mercy Hospital and Northwest Medical Center in Springdale.

Conditions were reportedly clear and dry.
