33-year-old Reuben L. Madison (Texarkana, TX) was fatally injured in an accident that occurred during the early morning hours on Sunday, January 30.
At approximately 4:00 a.m. Mr. Madison was headed west on Highway 82 East near mile marker 13 in Texarkana when his vehicle left the roadway. Mr. Madison’s 2006 Jeep Cherokee became submerged in water at McKinney Bayou.
Weather conditions were rainy and road conditions wet at the time of the accident.
