41-year-old Curtis Wade (El Dorado, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that took place in the early morning hours of Sunday, February 17, 2019.

At approximately 3:57 a.m. Mr. Wade was traveling north on Highway 7 just north of El Dorado Chemical. Mr. Wade’s vehicle (2002 Chevrolet Suburban) failed to negotiate a left-hand curve and crossed the centerline before leaving the roadway and hitting the ditch on the east side of Highway 7. Mr. Wade’s vehicle “overturned several times in the ditch” before striking a tree.

Weather conditions at the time were rainy and road conditions wet.
