On Saturday, November 4th, around 12:15 a.m., Mr. Scott Carroll of Louann, was riding his 2008 Honda motorcycle.
Mr. Carroll was driving south on Arkansas 7 in Ouachita County when he drove off the road, hit an embankment, and was thrown from his motorcycle.
He suffered fatal injuries due to the accident.
Road conditions were rainy and wet at the time of the accident.
