Wrong Way Vehicle on I-40 Leads to Fatal Wreck
49-year-old Louis L. Proby (Dermott, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that took place on Monday, March 15, 2021.
At approximately 5:47 a.m. Mr. Proby was traveling south on U.S. 165 (Highway 1) north of Gillett when his vehicle (2002 Buick) lost control near D A Richter Lane. Mr. Proby’s vehicle left the roadway before overturning.
