Head-on Collision Claims Pine Bluff Driver's Life

39-year-old Lorandall Carter (Pine Bluff, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that took place on Tuesday, August 25, 2020.

At approximately 4:40 a.m. Mr. Carter was traveling south on Highway 63 when a northbound vehicle (2007 Jeep Wrangler) crossed the centerline and struck Mr. Carter’s vehicle (2005 Lexus ES) head-on. Mr. Carter’s vehicle left the roadway and the Jeep vehicle overturned.

25-year-old Victoria Lynn Severns (Pine Bluff, AR) sustained injuries in the collision.

Conditions were reportedly clear and dry.
