Sydney Owens Fatally Struck in Fort Smith
53-year-old Leisa Fincher (El Dorado, AR) was fatally injured in an accident on Friday, July 1, 2022.
At approximately 11:44 p.m. Ms. Fincher was traveling north on Highway 167 near Hampton when her vehicle (2010 Honda Accord) crossed the centerline and struck the trailer of a southbound vehicle (2007 GMC Sierra).
Passenger, 44-year-old Otis Lee (Hampton, AR), sustained injuries in the collision and was transported to the Medical Center of South Arkansas.
