Head-on Collision Near Wynne Proves Fatal
35-year-old Lacey Chappell (Rogers, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that occurred on Wednesday, April 8, 2020.
At approximately 12:40 p.m. Ms. Chappell was traveling west on Woods Lodge Road in Avoca when her vehicle (1997 Ford F150) left the roadway and struck a tree.
Conditions were reportedly clear and dry.
