21-year-old John Daniel Robert Simkins, Jr. (Damascus, AR) was fatally injured in an accident on Saturday, April 23, 2022.
Shortly after 3:00 a.m. Mr. Simkins, Jr. was traveling north on Highway 65 when his vehicle left the roadway while navigating a curve near Macedonia Road. Mr. Simkins, Jr.’s vehicle (2020 Dodge Challenger) struck a utility pole before striking several trees.
