21-year-old Haley Andrew (Osceola, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that occurred on Sunday morning, April 14, 2019.
At approximately 7:00 a.m. Ms. Andrew was driving a 2010 Kia Soul north on U.S. Highway 61 (Cortez Kennedy Avenue) near Wilson when her vehicle left the roadway and struck a tree.
