Sydney Owens Fatally Struck in Fort Smith
60-year-old Keith Wilson Tullos (Conway, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that took place on Tuesday, September 29, 2020.
At approximately 6:13 a.m. Mr. Tullos was “in the left lane of traffic” and was struck by an eastbound vehicle (2010 Toyota Prius).
Conditions were reportedly clear and dry.
