69-year-old Kathleen Thompson (Midway, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that occurred on Thursday, April 18, 2019.
At approximately 10:42 a.m. Ms. Thompson was driving north on State Highway 126 near Gassville when she failed to negotiate a curve and left the roadway. Ms. Thompson’s 2003 Nissan Sentra overturned multiple times before coming to a rest.
