21-year-old Julianna Valle (Farmington, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that took place on Friday, January 1, 2020.
At approximately 8:15 p.m. Ms. Valle was a passenger in a vehicle traveling north on Harrisburg Road in Jonesboro. The vehicle (2020 Toyota Highlander) left the roadway and traveled up an embankment before striking a utility pole and brick fence. The vehicle became airborne before colliding with a building in the Dogwood Estates Apartment Complex.
Additional injuries occurred to 28-year-old Devonte Stanback (Wynne, AR), 24-year-old Darian Nauden (Conway, AR), and two unidentified minors. Those injured were transported to St. Bernard’s Regional Medical Center in Jonesboro.
Weather conditions were a “light mist” and road conditions were wet at the time of the accident.
