Truck Travels Off I-40 Bridge in AR During Rainy Conditions

66-year-old Jong Choi (Suwanee, Georgia) was fatally injured in an accident on Monday, March 7, 2022.

Shortly after 1:00 a.m. Mr. Choi was traveling east on I-40 near Ozark when his 18-wheeler (2017 Freightliner) left the roadway. Mr. Choi’s truck struck the guardrail before striking the bridge rail and traveling off the I-40 bridge.

Weather conditions were rainy and road conditions wet at the time of the accident.
