Arch Street Collision Claims Little Rock Driver's Life

47-year-old Samuel Allen Madsen (Little Rock, AR) was fatally injured in an accident on Saturday, June 5, 2021.

At approximately 7:30 p.m. Mr. Madsen was driving north on State Highway 367 (Arch Street) in Little Rock when his vehicle (2009 Nissan Versa) crossed the centerline and struck a southbound vehicle (2021 Nissan Rogue) head-on.

67-year-old Iris Leary (Little Rock, AR) and 58-year-old Kimberly Smith Watters (Little Rock, AR) were traveling in the southbound vehicle and sustained injuries in the collision.

Those injured were transported to UAMS in Little Rock.

Weather conditions were cloudy and road conditions wet at the time of the accident.
