31-year-old John Duggon (Little Rock, AR) was fatally injured in an accident on Tuesday, September 13, 2022.

At approximately 5:30 p.m. Mr. Duggon was a passenger in a vehicle traveling east on West 28th Street in Little Rock near UALR. Mr. John Duggon’s vehicle (2007 Cadillac) struck another eastbound vehicle (2015 Honda) before then fleeing. According to the preliminary report, Mr. Duggon’s vehicle then “fled after hitting [the Honda vehicle].” 24-year-old Thomesha Miller (Little Rock, AR) was driving the vehicle at the time of the accident. While fleeing their vehicle lost control and left the roadway before striking a tree.

Mr. Duggon was transported to CHI St. Vincent Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. Ms. Miller also sustained injuries in the collision.

Two additional unidentified minors were also passengers in the vehicle and sustained injuries. They were transported to Children’s Hospital in Little Rock.
