38-year-old Joel Daniel Elliott (Dardanelle, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that occurred on Sunday, May 26, 2019.
Shortly before 1:00 a.m. Mr. Elliott was driving south on State Highway 7 near Dover when his vehicle left the roadway. Mr. Elliott’s vehicle (1999 Jeep Cherokee) exited to the right and struck a culvert before reentering the highway, overturning several times, and leaving the highway to the left. Mr. Elliott’s vehicle struck a tree before coming to a final rest.
Conditions at the time of the accident were reportedly clear and dry.
