Jeanie Nestlehut Fatally Injured in Heber Springs Collision

48-year-old Jeanie L. Nestlehut (Quitman, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that took place on Monday, February 8, 2021.

Shortly before 8:00 a.m. Ms. Nestlehut was traveling south on State Highway 25 in Heber Springs when a northbound vehicle crossed the centerline and collided with Ms. Nestlehut’s vehicle. The northbound vehicle (2006 Dodge Ram) lost control on icy roads before crossing the centerline and striking Ms. Nestlehut’s vehicle (2011 Honda CR-V) head-on in the southbound lane.

Weather conditions were foggy and road conditions icy at the time of the accident.

33-year-old Brady P. Fletcher (Drasco, AR) sustained injuries in the accident.
