Wrong Way Vehicle on I-40 Leads to Fatal Wreck
67-year-old James D. Ladd (Little Rock, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that took place on Sunday, September 27, 2020.
At approximately 1:00 p.m. Mr. Ladd was walking west along the I-30 Frontage Road near Exit 128 (Otter Creek Road/Mabelvale West Road) when a vehicle (2008 Chevrolet) “lost control” and struck Mr. Ladd.
Conditions were reportedly clear and dry.
