Collision with Garbage Truck Fatally Injures James Errickson

59-year-old James Errickson (North Little Rock, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that took place in Pine Bluff on Tuesday, April 30, 2019.

At approximately 9:30 a.m. Mr. Errickson was driving a 2019 Chevrolet vehicle north on Grider Field Ladd Road when he attempted to turn west onto U.S. Highway 65. Mr. Errickson’s vehicle was struck by an eastbound Waste Management vehicle (2009 Mack truck). The Waste Management vehicle forced Mr. Errickson’s vehicle off the roadway.

47-year-old Paul Taplin (St. Peters, Missouri) was a passenger in the vehicle at the time of the accident.

Conditions were reportedly clear and dry.
