Sydney Owens Fatally Struck in Fort Smith
28-year-old Blake McKinney Beliew (Texarkana, TX) was fatally injured in an accident on Thursday, April 22, 2021.
At approximately 6:30 a.m. Mr. Beliew was traveling north on Olive Street near State Line when his motorcycle (2008 Harley Davidson) failed to negotiate a curve and left the roadway.
