Sydney Owens Fatally Struck in Fort Smith
74-year-old James E. Allman (Elaine, AR) was fatally injured in an accident on Tuesday, August 17, 2021.
At approximately 10:21 p.m. Mr. Allman was traveling north on State Highway 44 in Mellwood when his vehicle (Ford F-150) left the roadway to the east before overcorrecting and leaving the roadway to the west and striking a culvert.
