21-year-old Joseph Chancellor (Bismarck, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that took place on Monday, August 26, 2019.
At approximately 6:10 p.m. Mr. Chancellor was driving south on State Highway 7 just north of Bismarck when his vehicle failed to negotiate a curve and left the roadway. Mr. Chancellor’s vehicle (2007 Chevrolet) struck a tree after leaving the highway.
Conditions were reportedly clear and dry.
