An unidentified minor was fatally injured in an accident that took place in Bentonville on Monday, April 8, 2019.
At approximately 8:45 p.m. the unidentified female minor was the passenger on a 2008 Jonway Scooter. The driver was an unidentified minor male. The two minors were traveling north on Southwest I Street (State Highway 112).
A 2002 Toyota Camry traveling south on Southwest I Street attempted to turn left onto Highway 12 and struck the front end of the northbound scooter.
Conditions at the time were reportedly clear and dry.
