28-year-old Tanicia Pack (Dardanelle, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that took place on Wednesday, April 10, 2019.
At approximately 3:00 p.m. Ms. Pack was driving a 2015 Chevrolet vehicle west on State Highway 154 near Crow Lane. 19-year-old Emily Alexander (Danville, AR) was driving a 2013 Ford vehicle east on State Highway 154 near Crow Lane.
Ms. Pack’s vehicle crossed the center line and struck the front of Ms. Alexander’s vehicle. Injured parties were transported to UAMS in Little Rock.
Conditions at the time of the accident were reportedly clear and dry.
