42-year-old Russell L. Neal (Hope, AR) was fatally injured in an accident on Tuesday, July 2, 2024.
At approximately 11:35 p.m. Mr. Neal’s truck (2023 Mack Truck) was struck by a train on Hempstead 2 near Highway 67 south of Hope. Mr. Neal sustained fatal injuries in the collision with the train.
