34-year-old Jonathan C. Smith (Horatio, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that took place on Tuesday, August 13, 2019.
At approximately 8:50 a.m. Mr. Smith was driving a semi-truck (2010 Mack Truck) south on Highway 71 when his vehicle left the roadway near 6352 Highway 71 and overturned.
Conditions were reportedly clear and dry.
