Collision in Brookland, AR Claims Paragould Man's Life

29-year-old Samuel Alan Mahan (Paragould, AR) was fatally injured in an accident on Tuesday, December 13, 2022.

At approximately 6:24 p.m. Mr. Mahan was stopped at a red light on Highway 49 at School Street. A southbound vehicle (2006 Chevrolet Silverado) struck Mr. Mahan’s vehicle (2011 Toyota Camry).

35-year-old Natasha Fay Hart (Kemp, Texas) was a passenger in Samuel Mahan’s vehicle and sustained injuries in the collision. Ms. Hart was transported to NEA Baptist Hospital.

Weather conditions were cloudy at the time of the accident.
