I-30 Collision Near Arkadelphia on Saturday Proves Fatal

26-year-old Helen L. Membreno (Magnolia, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that took place on Saturday, April 3, 2021.

Shortly after 2:30 p.m. Ms. Membreno was traveling east on Interstate 30 when her vehicle (2012 Ford) began to slow for traffic. An eastbound vehicle (2017 Dodge) traveling behind Ms. Membreno struck her vehicle from behind. The accident took place at mile marker 72 just south of Arkadelphia.

65-year-old Myrna B. Gomez (Magnolia, AR) was traveling in Ms. Membreno’s vehicle and sustained injuries. Ms. Gomez was transported with injuries to Baptist Health Medical Center in Arkadelphia.
