Fatal Hit-n-Run on I-30 in Little Rock

36-year-old Felisse Carroll (Little Rock, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that took place on Wednesday, August 19, 2020.

Shortly after 10:30 p.m. Ms. Carroll was attempting to cross Interstate 30 from the eastbound side of the roadway when she was struck by an unidentified vehicle (Green Dodge Charger with a Ducks Unlimited license plate). The vehicle fled the scene and Arkansas State Police are actively pursuing information regarding the incident: ASP Asking for Public Assistance in Hit-and-Run
