Fatal Collision on US 79 Near Pine Bluff, AR
33-year-old Natalie McConnell (Hot Springs, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that occurred on Saturday, August 1, 2020.
Shortly after 9:00 p.m. Ms. McConnell was traveling east on U.S. Highway 70 near Lonsdale when her vehicle (2016 Toyota Corolla) crossed the center turn lane and collided with a westbound vehicle (2020 Chevrolet Blazer) in the westbound lane of traffic.
33-year-old Charles Stewart (Hot Springs, AR) was traveling in the westbound vehicle and injured in the accident.
The injured were transported to UAMS in Little Rock.
Conditions were reportedly clear and dry.
