Wrong Way Vehicle on I-40 Leads to Fatal Wreck
27-year-old Faith Robbins (Hot Springs, AR) and 87-year-old Ann Carrithers (Hot Springs, AR) were both fatally injured in an accident on Saturday, February 19, 2022.
At approximately 9:05 p.m. Ms. Robbins was traveling west on Highway 70/270 in the westbound lanes of traffic. Ms. Carrithers was traveling east in the westbound lanes of traffic when her vehicle (2011 Toyota Camry) struck Ms. Robbins’ vehicle (2008 Honda Civic). Both drivers sustained fatal injuries in the collision.
87-year-old Sue Lucky (Hot Springs, AR) was a passenger in the eastbound vehicle and sustained injuries in the collision. Ms. Lucky was transported to CHI St. Vincent in Hot Springs.
