Head-on Collision Near Wynne Proves Fatal
46-year-old Dwight Lewis (Little Rock, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that occurred on Thursday, November 19, 2020.
At approximately 6:13 p.m. Mr. Lewis was traveling south on Interstate 440 when his vehicle (2002 Chevrolet Tahoe) struck a concrete barrier near exit 11B before veering across traffic and rolling.
Conditions were reportedly clear and dry.
